Question about getting Stretch Marks removed while active duty in the US Army?

If you are active duty in the US Army and would like to get stretch marks removed via laser surgery or other effective procedures, can it be done to where Tricare will cover it or at least discount it, or are you pretty much SOL and have to pay thousands of $$$ at a cosmetic surgeons office?

Take one of your R & R’ s in Thailand and have it done there be about ¼ the cost of here in the US
